NOTE: There is no objective test that you can do at home to determine which diet is best for you. We determine a person’s Diet Type using two in-office tests. This procedure is called Diet Typing. The first test is a Modified Glucose Tolerance Test and the second is a NOVA Panel, which tests for blood pH. We are happy to see you in our office for a thorough consultation and Diet Typing. Once the results are in, we work with patients to turn the Diet Typing results into a practical lifestyle to help you achieve your health goals. We do not share your contact information with anyone.
