Hope is the Foundation for Change

Have you heard that… “hope is the foundational principle for all change. People change because they have hope. If people do not have hope, they will not change.” (John Maxwell)

We believe that you CAN change your life. It can be better than you think.

Here are 6 steps for achieving positive change:

  1. Change your thinking, change your beliefs. Change begins with the mind. Beliefs are something you have bought into overtime and formed into a conviction. Choose to think differently.
  2. When you change your beliefs, you change your expectations. In belief, there is power.
  3. When you change your expectations, you change your attitude. Don’t get used to average. Aim high.
  4. When you change your attitude, you change your behavior. When we become involved in something ourselves, our behavior begins to change. Try it, you might like it!
  5. When you change your behavior, you change your life. Most people would rather be comfortable, than change. Get courage and get used to living with something not comfortable – then we can get better.
  6. When you change your performance, you change your life. A person who makes excuses for everything will never truly succeed. It is impossible to turn excuses into possibilities.

Say CAN instead of CAN’T.

Say WOULD instead of WON’T.

Say DO instead of DON’T.

Turn your failures into successes! The “can’t attitude” will not bring about success.

So, whatever you are facing…whatever changes you want to make, take this message to heart. You are never too old or too young to start!
