Did you know this week is National Physician Assistant Week? Well, it is!
We at Caring Medical Florida are blessed with the best of the best PA in the world – Danielle Steilen-Matias! Let us take just a little time to tell you about her. And we know, believe us, that those of you who have seen Danielle already know how wonderful she is!
Danielle received her BS in Kinesiology from University of Massachusetts Amherst, followed by her MMS, PA-C degree from Midwestern University in Downer’s Grove, Illinois. As God would have it, Danielle was introduced to Prolotherapy and regenerative medicine while completing a rotation at Caring Medical during her training. She has worked at Caring Medical for over 10 years and has become one of the leading Prolotherapists in the world.
Danielle is also an expert diagnostician, with specialty training in MSK ultrasound, as well as motion x-ray and Caring Medical Neck diagnostics. Danielle is skilled in treating any area of the body utilizing all the regenerative medicine modalities in our office. She sees most of our EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) cases who need treatment on many areas of the body due to their condition; as well as patients who suffer with pelvic floor, hip, back, and thoracic conditions. Many of her patients are athletes or active people wanting to stay out of the surgeon’s office and keep doing what they love by treating their knees, ankles, shoulders, wrists, hands, and feet with Prolotherapy! And of course, Danielle is also skilled at treating complex cervical (neck) cases as well as Dr. Hauser.
Dr. Hauser and Danielle collaborate on many cases and learn from each other every day. She is a blessing to work alongside every day! She is a fabulous Prolotherapist, but also friend and teammate. She loves to bake and takes cookie decorating to a whole new level – and she spoils us with her creations!
