Do You Believe the Best or the Worst in Others?

Do You Believe the Best or the Worst in Others? We all want to feel valued and loved.

Ask yourself, “Do I believe the best about a person when I meet them?”

In a world of negativity, believing the best about someone does not come naturally. In fact, leadership authors share that we must be intentional about practicing “put a 10 on their heads” theory – in other words, when you meet someone, give each person a score of 10.

This may seem like a silly exercise, but believing in others takes intentionality. And a shift away from negativity and judgement.

Believe the best in people.

Everyone wants his/her life to matter; to feel significant; to be loved; to be encouraged; to be valued.

Let us encourage you to value each other – our spouses, children, teammates, bosses, neighbors, friends, and strangers.

We want you to know that we value you. And you have the potential to offer value to others.

Believing the best in people brings out the best in people!

We believe it. Do you?
